1956
Sartori Giulio decides to undertake the wholesale business of hand tools and hardware. From the very beginning, the experience gained in the field of metallurgy and the favorable position of the company, located in Lecco, are important growth factors. The dynamic local production context allows a selection of quality products and the development of a strong export orientation.
1974
Gabriele Sartori joins the company: there is an opening to foreign markets and to the increasingly dynamic international context. A careful selection of suppliers and constant visits to the production realities of different countries become a guarantee of quality and reliability of the products. The focus on service, supported by new organizational technologies, allows Sartex to consolidate its position as a value-added wholesaler of tools for building, agriculture and gardening.
2017
Aiming to improve customer service, the new logistics office in Merone (Como) is inaugurated. The reduction of average order preparation times and more efficient warehouse management thus become a strong point.
